Peritoneal Dialysis Program

In collaboration with Hanan Relief Group, we are building a home-based peritoneal dialysis program to bring life-saving kidney care directly to patients across the West Bank.

This program allows patients to safely perform dialysis at home, restoring their ability to work, study, and live independently instead of spending hours traveling through dangerous checkpoints. It also eases the burden on caregivers who devote countless hours each week to accompany loved ones.

Our initiative focuses on training healthcare teams, ensuring infection-control standards, and securing vital supplies, including dialysis machines, PD fluid, and cassettes.
